NARY exists to break the cycle of poverty and systemic exploitation in Cambodia. We work directly with master artisans—former seamstresses of Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE), a French NGO based in Phnom Penh that has championed vocational training for over 25 years.

Following the closure of their sewing center, we stepped in to employ these skilled women, transitioning them into safe, home-based work. In a country where human trafficking and labor exploitation remain pervasive threats—particularly within the garment industry—a livable wage is a lifeline.

By maintaining NGO wage standards and offering flexible, home-based work, we ensure our artisans earn an income that directly counters extreme poverty, keeping families safe, secure, and together.
